Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages. For issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
    • Domestic: USPS/UPS.
    • International: DHL or your local postal service.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders
